"For you, I would climb the Everest". Samy would have done better not to brag. Especially as Nadia doesn't put much stock in his fine words. And yet... out of love for her, Samy leaves his Parisian suburb and sets off to climb the mythical 8848 meters of the Everest. His friends are thrilled by his departure, followed by the whole suburb, and soon the whole France is following with emotion the exploits of this ordinary but in love young man.

A moving comedy, with a hopeful message: it's up to each of us to invent our own future, because anything is possible. This endearing man in love cannot prevent us from liking him. A feel-good movie for an afternoon of family entertainment.
