CULTURAL EVENTS AND SPONSORSHIP MANAGER
N+1 : EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

You are a team player and a passionate individual with the drive to organize high-quality and successful events.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To oversee the cultural programming in different domains at the theatre and at the gallery and to ensure the smooth running of the cultural events.
· To manage and develop partnerships with institutional partners, local partners, and enterprises.
· To hire and manage 2 interns (1 cultural assistant and 1 gallery and event assistant)
JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ To organise cultural events (cinema screening, Francophonie Festival, International Music Day, conferences, French Film Festival, etc.)
2/ To organise exhibitions in the gallery (planning, mounting/demounting, and opening)
3/ To ensure relationships with international, local, institutional, and private partners
4/ To develop and implement strategic corporate offers for enterprises
5/ To participate in the communication strategy development to promote cultural activities in collaboration with the Communication Manager.
6/To develop and monitor budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
• Able to understand and speak French.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with a track record in organising events
• Degree in relevant fields.
• Previous experiences with arts and cultural organizations will be an advantage.
• Deep knowledge in French culture (cinema, visual art), passionate about keeping abreast of latest market trends.
• Able to work in a multicultural environment, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Independent and creative.
CONDITIONS
• 40h/week, imperative flexible working hours
• Monthly salary: S$5000 – S$5500 (according to professional experience)

REGISTRATION OFFICER
Under the direct responsibility of the Registrar, provide high level support for the Language Centre with excellent customer service, perform student registration, recordkeeping and general office tasks:
· Greet visitors, students and respond to requests for information and provide assistance either to walk-ins, via email or on the phone, regarding the class registration process, refund policies, change of classes and deferment, course catalogue, placement test and private tuition or any other question related to the Language Centre activities
· Register students for courses and workshops and renewal/extension of private tuition
· Under the direct supervision of Academic Coordinator: register students for official French language exams students’ data and results into the system, archive all the DELF/DALF examination papers accordingly, allocate time slot for DELF/DALF oral, issue convocations to students, issue certificates.
· Settle the daily account for payments
· Make phone calls to students and parents for late payment
· Call and email students and parents for changes related to classes, follow-up of registration, outstanding payments, etc.
· Print and issue letters of attendance, letters of registration and certificates
· Place signage for classroom during the beginning of the new term and for any change of teachers and classrooms
· Provide assistance assigned by Registrar, Academic coordinator or Deputy Director
· Maintain students’ database by encoding accurate data into the system, and constantly updating all pending requirements to complete students’ records and information
· Ensure proper storage of all files and scholastic documents
· Provide information and sell bookshop products and learning materials
· Maintain a proper storage and organization of bookshop products
· Advise on ordering needs to ensure sufficient stock of books at all times

L’Alliance Française de Singapour recherche des enseignants de français langue étrangère.
Si vous êtes titulaire soit d'un DAEFLE (en plus d'un diplôme de niveau licence dans une autre discipline), soit d'un Master en Didactique du FLE 1 ou 2 ou plus, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter.
Compétences requises et conditions
· Être disponible la semaine en journée et parfois en soirée (les cours finissent à 21h30), et impérativement le samedi
· Expérience d’enseignement souhaitée auprès des enfants, adolescents, adultes et de gestion d‘un groupe classe pour les différents publics.|· Bonne connaissance du Cadre européen (CECRL) et des certifications et diplômes officiels|

COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT | FROM FEB. 24
Assist the Communication Manager of the French Hub in Singapore and participate in promoting French language and culture abroad!
1/ Social media
• Being the voice of AF online & engage the community
• Manage daily the editorial content on social media platforms
• Strategize and plan content for events and Language Centre, prepare and manage monthly content calendar
• Proactively interact with online communities across all platforms
• Monitor and analyze social performance and prepare recommendations
2/ Newsletter & emailing
• Collect content for newsletters and mailings, prepare and distribute them on Odoo
3/ Website
• Update regularly the website
• Liaise with website agency for any technical issue
• Suggest improvement in current website architecture
• Monitor and analyze key metrics
4/ Press relations & events
• Provide support for ongoing PR activities
• Provide logistical support for events whenever needed
5/ Print
Create print collaterals (posters, etc.) to promote language and cultural activities.
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
• Previous experiences in social media and community management
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Independent and creative
• Ability to understand and speak French is preferred (but not mandatory)
CONDITIONS & COMPENSATION
• 40 hours per week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
• Monthly allowance: S$1,000

GALLERY AND EVENTS ASSISTANT |

Are you into arts, events and Francophonie culture? Here comes the opportunity!
In this 6-months internship, you will be working on exhibitions with a diverse set of artists, as well as running various social and cultural events.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Cultural Programming Manager in ensuring smooth running of the events and exhibitions under her charge.
1/ Gallery
• Assist in the installation, opening and dismantling of exhibition
• Welcome and guide the audience during the operating hours
• Prepare audience report and manage database
• Assist in updating the gallery's webpage and social media platforms
2/ Other events
Assist in the organization of social and cultural events (French Friday, Francophonie Festival, French Film Festival and other events)
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
• Previous experiences with arts organizations or events, will be an advantage
• Deep knowledge in visual art (specially photography), passionate about keeping abreast of latest market trends
• Able to work in a multicultural environment, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

CONDITIONS & COMPENSATION
• Contract length: 6 months
