All Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above can now claim Skillsfuture credit for funded courses.

 

ELIGIBLE COURSES

You can utilize a maximum of $430 from your SkillsFuture Credit for eligible Beginner 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 Regular Courses.

CLAIM Submission

Registration and claim submission must be completed in person at the counter before the term begins. You will need to display the available balance on your SkillsFuture credit and cover any shortfall if it does not fully cover the course fee.

                Follow the procedure below:

                There are 4 simple steps to follow if you want to use your credit:

                1. Purchase one of our claimable courses (Beginner 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Regular classes - 3hrs per week )

                at our desk and indicate your intention to use your SkillsFuture credit. Note that online registration are not eligible for SkillsFuture credit claims.

                2. Log in to your SkillsFuture account and show the available balance. Please remember that only course fees are claimable.

                3. Create an AF Student account on our website so the Registration Team can proceed with the pre-registration of your selected funded course. Make payment for student membership, courses materials, and any remaining balance of the course fee, if applicable.

                4. Submit a claim with the invoice and any outstanding payment as supporting documents before leaving the counter. The maximum claimable amount is $420 for weekday classes (Mon - Fri) or $430 for weekend classes (Sat & Sun).


                IMPORTANT NOTICE
                Please ensure that you meet all requirements for SkillsFuture credit before booking a course with us. 
                Alliance Française as the training provider is not involved nor has visibility in the process to review the claims submitted. Applicant will need to liaise with SkillsFuture directly for checking the claim status and/or appeal for rejected claim. You must keep your invoice/receipt as a supporting document.

                UTAP

                All NTUC members can now claim up to $500 per calendar year on Beginner 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 courses and Intermediate 1-6 Regular courses

                 

                ELIGIBLE COURSES

                You can utilize a maximum of $500 support per year on eligible Beginner 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 Regular Courses and Intermediate 1 tp 6 courses. 

                CLAIM Submission

                 NTUC  members should apply for their UTAP claim within 6 months after the course ends.  Late applications will be rejected.

                NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded* course fee support for up to $250  each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged  40 and above will get increased funding support from $250 to $500. NTUC Starter  members can enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $200 per year when  you attend courses supported under UTAP.

                * Unfunded course fee refers to the balance course fee payable after applicable government subsidy.

                Follow the procedure below:

                1. Become a member of NTUC
                ➢ Web link: NTUC Union Membership

                ➢ Membership Fees ($117 per year): current fees being $9 per month (Jan-Nov); $18 (Dec).
                NTUC Membership is applicable to people 16 years of age and above.

                ➢ Exclusions: Personnel from Singapore Police Force, Singapore Prison Service, Civil Defence Force, Singapore Armed Forces, Narcotics Service or Auxiliary Police Bodies (Certis Cisco, Aetos and SATS). Foreign domestic workers.

                2. Chose Alliance Francaise de Singapour courses via UTAP
                ➢ Web link: Find a course
                ➢ Choose “Training Provider” as “Alliance Francaise de Singapour” and click search directly.

                The “Industry” should be “Other Service Activities”

                3. Submit UTAP claim

                ➢ Web link: Login

                ➢ Log in to the U portal account with SINGPASS to submit the UTAP application. NTUC

                members should apply for their UTAP claim within 6 months after the course ends.

                Late applications will be rejected.
