SKILLSFUTURE

Good news! All Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above can now claim Skillsfuture credit for eligible Beginner 1, 2 and 3 Regular classes.

Follow the procedure below:

There are 4 simple steps to follow if you want to use your credit:

  1. Purchase one of our claimable courses (Beginner 1, 2 and 3 Regular classes - 3hrs / week ) on our website or at our desk.

  2. Log in to your SkillsFuture account and click on "Submit a claim". Deadline to submit SkillsFuture credit claims is 60 days before the class starts or on the course start date itself. Please note that ONLY course fees are claimable.

  3. Select the course you have purchased.
    Beginner 1: here
    Beginner 3: here
  1. Use your invoice to support your claim.
Maximum claimable amount is $420 for classes on weekdays (Mon - Fri) or $430 for classes on weekend (Sat & Sun).

Approved claim will be pending for payout. Once the claim is ready for payout (approx. 20 working days after the course has started), a 'payout request' will be filed for SkillsFuture to disburse the equivalent value of your SkillsFuture credit to us. You will be contacted by our Accounting Team for bank details required. When this process is complete, Alliance Française will proceed the reimbursement to you with a GIRO transfer of the corresponding amount.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please ensure that you meet all requirements for SkillsFuture credit before booking a course with us.
Alliance Francaise as the training provider is not involved nor has visibility in the process to review the claims submitted. Applicant will need to liaise with SkillsFuture directly for checking the claim status and/or appeal for rejected claim. You must keep your invoice/receipt as a supporting document.
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure that your registered name and address with Alliance Française are the same as your bank account information.
