Tian is twelve years old when he is sent to his grandmother's due to his poor school results. Far from the city, in the mysterious Chinese mountains, he secretly becomes friend with a panda he names Moon. This marks the beginning of an incredible adventure that is about to change his life and that of his family.

Directed by Gilles de Maistre, the French filmmaker known for adventure and nature films such as Mia and the White Lion (2018) and The Wolf and the Lion (2021), Moon the Panda features Sylvia Chang, the Taiwanese actress famous for Tempting Heart (1999), Liu Ye, the Chinese actor known for The Knot (2006), and Alexandra Lamy, the French actress popular for Ricky (2009). 

The event will include an introduction followed by a Q&A session with Director Gilles Maistre after the screening.
