The film has garnered significant acclaim on the international film circuit. Adapted from Amélie Nothomb’s autobiographical novel, the animated film premiered in a Special Screening at the Cannes Film Festival. It went on to win the Audience Award for Best Feature at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
